EXCERPT FROM CHAPTER 4

The most important thing you can do to keep your anger in control is to immediately tell yourself that you are angry as soon as you realize it. Recognizing anger grabs it by the short hair and makes it controllable. I believe that anger only exists while we still do not know we are angry. The moment we give it a name, it ceases to be.
